OBD II Reader

Anyone local to Brandon, FL have a OBD II reader they'd like to lend me/use to diagnose my CEL? My car can't make it to a shop to have a diagnostic ran. Need to find out why car continues to choke out AFTER swapping in new Short Ram Air intake hose and resetting ECU. Any takers?
