I believe this is the only way although it’s for the CX-5. Something similar should be available for the CX-30.

Or, just don't run one. IF (and that's a huge if) you get pulled over, it's usually like a $25 fine.

I use one of those relocation kits on my CX-9. Mine is made by rho-plate. It screws into the hole that the "tow hook" eyelet would normally screw into. No drill needed, just the kit and a screwdriver. But keep in mind that if you have parking sensors, the relocated plate may interfere with the sensors.
