No bluetooth cd player Mazda CX-5

Hi Hivanok,

Dont worry. Same happened to me too. Dealer told me to bring the car for inspection. But i tried disconnecting the battery and it worked. Remove the negative terminal of the battery and leave it disconnected for 10 minutes and then re connect. This will do the trick. On your next trip to dealer advice him to check the Bluetooth module. Remember to reset the automatic window and TPMS after battery reset.

This is a known issue and there is a TSB. Like previous person said, if resetting system (battery disconnect) does not solve it, your BT module is dead and requires replacement.
