next mod?

So just trying to get some opinions i guess on the next mod that should be done. right now i just have a sls hotpipe and vibrant j-pipe back exhaust. brakes are being done in all four corners. new calipers all around (stock) ebc dimpled and slotted rotors and hawk pads. got motor mounts coming. doing 3 out of the 4 lol. but the question becomes...what next.

1) Replace manifold (current one has a crack that can only be heard when car is cold. assuming this will get worse eventually) liking steedspeed, thunder may do.
2) replace intercooler (upgraded smic or possible fmic. not gonna be boosting over 10psi so smic is more viable i guess)
3) piggy back system a la ss afc
4) intake manifold
5) Eibach pro kit

also, funds become a deciding factor but just wondering what are some of your opinions.

Thanks!

id go with the turbo mani upgrade man! but if ur interested i have an ets sidemount intercooler ill let go for 200

replace intercooler, get rid of the stupid stock pipes!!

and if theres a crack on the mani get someone to weld it!

If I were you I would just upgrade the things that need to be fixed like your manifold, and I would get a cold pipe and a new intercooler. Then start with the things that you dont really have to have like the AFC and other mods.

Keith is right dude, replace the cracked mani first, then go from there. At some point get and split second afc since you said you're not going over 10 psi, so you'll be set.
___get a nice fmic too, the placement of the smic is stupid and inefficient, no point in replacing it with a better one in the same place.

yea, i realize its not the best place for an intercooler, however i like the shorter pipe distance (dislike the heatsoak) and i guess i feel like the little t25 will have a harder time filling up the extra piping. love the look of the fmic though.

hey dandan, how is said intercooler? good shape? definately interested.

also yea cold pipe definately in the works eventually lol. this damn "bug" costs so much money

fyi...long piping does not cause heatsoak, the very small and crappy stock smic does.

i do realize that, the longer piping was in reference to the t25 filling it up. a little more turbo lag than short smic pipes.

if the crack isn't too big and you're having a lot of hesitation, get the split second piggy back system. It cures everything :D

Im not going to go on a rant here, but this has been said many times, You should NOT do any modifications to a car unless its running 100%. If i were you i would seriously replace that manifold first.

Keith's Mod list for Joo!!!!!
1. Manifold
2.AFC
3.FMIC
4.Rear MM
5.Intake manifold (I would get the 505zoom one but atleast get the 626 if nothing else)

Agreed-minus the rear motor mount. I'm not so much for it. I have one, yet still have not installed b/c of the amount of vibration said to be produced. I'm going to install side mounts and then decide. Anyways..Manifold first!

haha ive been many a time to your site lol. i dont really wanna lose the cai though thats whats keeping me from purchasing lol
