New To The Board New Car Too

Just figured I would introduce myself I just picked up my 2006 Mazda 3S, I bought it for $13K used, because of high mileage, it was a customers trade in.

I've never had the 3 as a daily driver, I always had the CX7 or the Tribute as a daily driver. Everyone I've talked to absolutely loves the 3, but I want to know if you guys have any tips for me ?

tips for what modding?? a nice free mod to increase some hp is to to the timing mod... check out the n/a power stage 1,2,3 lists i can't remember exactly where it is and they are great threads to look at to add power in your budget.


if course you could always just dump a trubo in there and call it a day as well.

Tips for modding, I work part time for an aftermarket place but they specialize in systems mainly, no real performance specialist that will help me. I worked for Mazda, but I never drove the cars I liked the truck, so I can probably still get come parts directly from Mazda at cost.

We have had our snow here if you look at the water you can see the ice all over the top of it, PA got it bad this year from what people are telling me. I will stick to our little snow showers, I had so much salt on the car I had it for less than 2 hours and had to go wash it to take those pics !!!
