I bought an 06 about three weeks ago! and I've been reading all the different post from all of you folks. I would like to say thank you for all the great info and ideas on what to do to make it a little or alot faster. So far no complaints and I agree that the 1 to 2 gear change could be better. I live in sunny Los Angeles and the first two weeks I had the car the heat was above ninety so I couldn't wait for a cold day to really see what the car was about. Well, I got cold and RAIN! today. Mind you it's saturday and I'm at work since I spend so much time during the week reading your posts and not working I'm in to make up the lost time (yet still reading the posts, I'm addicted!). I had a beutiful run down Laurel Canyon this AM and I'm curious of the DSC and the rear Diff as to when it comes on it will let you get the tail out and later cut engine output! anyone drive it w/out the DSC?.
Here are a few more questions:
1 Any members in Los Angeles?
2 MM CP-E or SU? (would be first mod but the shifter is on sale)
3 TWM only SS for MS6? (1st mod to be ordered later today)
4 Read about tuning the car with standback where if anywhere can I go in
Los Angeles to get this done?
5 I have a CAI (Mazda it came with the car) I'm not sure about the exhaust it looks stock, but I'm not sure if it is (since it's soooo loud), does anyone have a pic of the stock one?

BTW, I already got my first ticket! But I dropped a couple of names of Sheriff's I know and he just wrote me a fix a ticket for not having a front plate! Close one!(laugh)
