No...It is removable and there is a block off plate going in the vent behind it all to block the air flow from that vent only.It is all totally removable and able to be put back to stock.

I really truely take pride in all of my work....especially my custom work!
I could make more if there is interest.I am going to do the vent to the left of the cluster next as well as the right side center vent as well.

I am making it stationary....but it could easliy if someone wanted it that way..I can do it either way.In the photo,it is not yet locked into place.I would not recommend it thought for aesthetic purposes.

Trust me,locked in at the angle of the dash combined with the angle i put the gauge at is almost perfect for viewing IMHO.I checked everything out before fabbing it up.If you want something done,shoot me a PM or hit me up on AIM at TooSlowSol and i will give all the low down.Turn around time would be rather quick as well.Probably two weeks from your door to your door.Dont get sticker shock though...It is a CUSTOM piece.
