If you need a new clutch, definately go aftermarket. If you aren't going to be putting outrageous HP into your car, a stage 1 should be fine. I installed an ACT Extreme stage 1 on my '93 Civic, and it was awsome. It's a little stiff for daily driving, being stuck in bumper to bumper freeway traffic, but overall, it was great. I got it for $275 I think. It really shouldn't be much different for the P5 though...
