need MAF voltage #'s!

Hi, I'm trying to work out some issues with my MSP, and I think they may be due to the MAF(maybe the MSP really did have a different MAF). Can anyone give me some readings on MAF output voltage at a few convenient RPM points? That would be very helpful. Muchas gracias!
