What are you using to scan? I ask because you need to be sure you're viewing the proper parameter. These cars have 2 fuel pumps, 1 in the tank and 1 on the engine that's driven off the cam. The cam-driven pump at idle has a psi of about 420 or so. At wot you should be seeing 1500+.
You should really invest in a Dashhawk as it's perfect for these cars. You can choose the parameters you want to datalog and then download them to your computer and view them. They're less than $300 new and with the issues you're having would be an invaluable tool.
