A life-sized doll taped to a tricycle would work great! Just push it out from between a couple of parked cars.
Thats funny, I have some buddies that got arrest for that :D

I drive over the ones in my association like they don't exist :D
then he could just pour his own. It would be cheaper anyway and far more effective, not to mention fun to see the first blow buy if it's not painted yellow.

Get a big plate of steel that lays flat but with the touch of a button goes vertical and doesnt budge for anything. I don't know where to get this but it would be excellent. Here comes the asshole and right before he passes it you make it pop up without him noticing then after he bounces off it lower it and he will be confused and pwn3d.

I only hit them at 20 as that is the associations speed limit but I still like just ignoring them and thinking to myself....Its rally car, so kiss my ass! D

1. Oil Spill

2. Broken Glass, Rocks, Nails, tacs, etc....

3. Throw a basketball or football in the middle of the street everytime you
see the asshole about to come.

4. Buy a fake poodle that moves and make it cross the street, that dumbass
will definitely get Own3d when he tries to avoid it and crash into a pole.

5. Pay a slut or ***** to flash her tits and coochie when he flys be this will
distaract him and cause him to get into an accident.

6. Videotape this asshole speeding everyday and with a lot of evidence go
down to your city hall or whatever and play the tape them or send it to his
parents.

7. Make a fake speed trap

homemade spike strips :)
That's a bit extreme. However, my friend once made his own speedbump in the middle of his street. Took him a few hours around 2 am, Basically he just poured a big long stripe of concrete(quickrete I guess) across the street. It was all lumpy and unbalanced, but it worked. Took the town weeks to send a crew out to remove it.
