Navigation problems 2025 mazda

I just picked up a new CX5 premium plus turbo. I went to exchange my Sim card from my 2022 CX5 to the new CX5 and it doesn't fit. The 2025 has a different plug-in type.The dealer was NO help. That sure is taking the JOY from my new Mazda. I'm not sure what to do now?

Aren't all SIM cards the same configuration, same size, etc. They look the same on Amazon.

Did you mean SD Card?

As far as I know, they are not transferrable between vehicles, even if they do fit.

You will have to acquire a new SD card for your 2025. Every SD card pairs ( within the first 10-20 miles or so) with the car's VIN number so it's impossible to transfer it to a different car.
