thx, man....i have the turboxs dual boost control. i run 5lbs 1st stage then 11lbs on 2nd stage! everyday.......then when at the track on race gas i run 6lbs 1st stage and up to 15lbs on 2nd stage.

i got g.c coilovers lowered about 2'' right now. no rubbing issues at all!!!!
i do have my rear fender well lip grinded down from when i had my 18's.
you should be cool though.....i think they would fit fine on a ''non'' modded p5 fender well lip.

Did you say you have 205/55/R16 tires on your car? Aren't they like way out of spec? 5.1% larger than spec according to one tire size calulator I checked. I have the stock rims, and I am actually happy with them (and don't want to pony up for 17"s) but I would like them to fill the wheel well a little more. I was going to up to 205/50/R16 when I replace my tires which is only a little bigger than spec, but if 55s will work with no problems that would fill the wheel well a little more and it looks nice as hell on your car.

Can anyone tell me why I shouldn't do it?

Anyway, your car is mighty nice looking, the carbon stuff works very well and those are some sexy looking tires. I am not too hot on your Anti-Honda sticker in the back window (although agree with the sentiment). I feel it detracts from an otherwise cleanly modded car. You must have spent a lot of cash...

i really love the tires!!!! they are awesome....and very cheap. i paid $356 shipped to my door! as far the size....i really dont think they would be a problem! they fit in the wheel wells nice.
just to clear things up on the ''honda'' sticker.....i got it made for ''protegefest'' since it's all mazda event. i do agree with you on it taking away from the clean look.....but i thought it would be funny for the show. i really dont like stickers on my ride either but just this one time! lol
