It was about 6:35 I was headed down john young n I passed a titanium speed headed the opposite way right in front of the new JW marriot hotel. I waved but the guy didnt see me. He has short dark hair with a beard also. Someone Let me know who he is, this hasnt been the first time I have seen him.
