Ms3 Stock Offset?

Anyone know the stock offset of the 18" wheels and how wide can we go as far as offset and width of wheel is concerned.Stock is a 7" wheel so what will fit besides 215

Stock offset is 52.5mm.

Depends on wheel width. With a 7.5" wheel I'd say 42-45 mm is a safe bet. With 8" wheel, 45mm-48mm. 225 may fit the stock wheel, but you lose some of the benefits of the wider tire due to the smaller width of the rim.

Thanx alot for your input OK assuming i put a 18/7.5 in front what offset is necessary to prevent tire from rubbing suspension or fender when turning full lock.Also i am assuming i put same size as in 225/45/18 refering to the 45.

2nd question can one put a wider rim in the rear and lets say only 0.5" smaller infront.18/7.5 front and 18/8 in rear to accomodate a 245 tire in the rear.

LOL, even more gay but more functional. We dont have a rear wheel drive so why fatties on the back?

For looks to give it that aggressive styling and appearance.The car is still going to perform well.
