MPV Headlights Power Connector

I'm struggling with the headlight power connector, what is the proper procedure to disconnect this power connector from a 2006 MPV , first time doing this I haven't been able to replace a bad headlight bulb any help will be appreciate

You've got to squeeze the tabs in - they are on the sides of the connector.
You can also unclip the retaining wire and then it's easier to see the tabs, but when you install the new bulb, put the bulb in, then the retainer, then the rubber boot, then the wire.
