MP3 Racing Hart paint code?

Has anyone ever touched up their wheels from curb rash? I'd love to try and do the fixing as outlined in that one Audi FAQ (bondo, sand, paint, clearcoat), but I wouldn't know what color of touchup paint to use. Has anyone found anything even close?

yea i wish i new too, took it to a rim shop they said the paint for the rims is a special color only avallible in japan but that was like 2 eyars ago dont no if they ahve ti now or not, post if u find though! need i have serious curbin on mine....wasnt my fault though-_-

i had mine done this weekend in sparkle silver. while cleaning them i discovered something. we used paint stripper to remove the silver and the wheels have a polished lip and inside!! i left the lip on my wheels polished and wanted to leave the inside polished too but the guy whe cleaned them already started bead blasting the inside so i had to powder coat the insides as well. i wanted only the face of the wheel to be powdercoated but alas. it looks awesome when the sun reflects off them. they have a lot of metallic in them. they look hawt with the lip polished, but it is very subtle. i will post pics when i have a nice sunny day here and can provide good shots.
considering a trade with some one to get a set of unaltered mp3 wheels so i can do it the way i want (with the polished lip and polished inside). while the tires were off i removed most all of the curb rash, so they are in very good condition. the finish is excellent and smooth as glass. sears messed one up when they were mounting them back on the tires last night, but they are going to pay to have it fixed, so no worries.

yeah on the next sunny day. is that richmond, virginia?
will need some cash also as this cost me some cash to get it done.

So, has anyone found any touchup paint of any kind that is close? I just want to touch up the curb rash. It always gets black. Are there any other Mazda rims that look similar in color and have touchup? I swear that the dealer applied something once because they dented a wheel, and it was pretty close.

how do you fix curb rash on rims? all 4 of mine have it

it depends how "deep"; if it's really bad, you'll have to strip the wheels (of paint) have them welded (to fill in material where it was curbed), remachined, and recoated/painted.

if it's "shallow" sometimes you can buff/sand the rash off (this especially true on non painted or clear coat only wheels).

I've had estimates of $120 regardless of how deep/bad it is. Shop around
