MP3 ECU re-program

if i were to have my ECU reprogrammed with a MP3 ECU waht exactly will it do and what are the pros and cons....thanx

Umm probably too much ignition advance+ no boost fuel enrichment = lean condition, burned piston. Bad.

A few more hp with premium fuel. Do you have a dealer that is willing to do this? Cause technically it's illegal tampering with Federal Emissions Controls.

were having a meet at a local dealership and are hoping to be able to reprogram the ECU's. didnt know it was illegal damn.

They have to have a legit MP3 VIN code to flash into the PCM too. If they are willing to do it, go for it, I've heard of dealers doing worse!

good luck...i just posted on this. Apparently when i went to the dealer they wouldnt do it for emissions and corporate reasons. they didnt even understand most of what i talked about..
