Motor Mount + Warrenty question.

So ive read a bit about MM's here lately and it looks like I am going for an upgrade.

My first thought was to go with inserts but then I started to get a nervous feeling in my stomach thinking that Mazda will take me from behind if anything goes wrong and blame it on me.

So now im considering a new mm altogethor. I hear SU is good mix of performance and vibrations?

So the point of this thread is:

IF I put a new MM in will the old one go back in properly in case of warrenty B.S.

The SU Motor Mount is awesome! I don't even notice vibrations anymore, they are very very minimal and the performance gains are great. The only time I get wheel hop is if I accidentally launch too hard at the track running the 1/4. Other than this the car is easier to shift there's less wheel spin and pretty much no hop.

As far as putting back in the old one for warranty issues; I don't see how it would be a problem.

Get the SU motor Mount, it transforms the feel of the car. Much Better!! Plus if you are worried about warranty, "how will a tech know it was changed?" I got the black one for that reason so it looks like the stock mount.

I just put on a Delrin TRZ mount yesterday. Man is this thing awsome! The vibrations aren't near as bad as everyone made them out to be either. Maybe that's because I came from four wheel drive trucks that ran crappy and had mud tires, or because I'm just cool like that :) In my opinion though, this thing kicks butt and I can't wait to go to the track friday to see if I can finally launch like a normal car, although I have a feeling that I'll still be limited, but only due to wheel spin this time. No more wheel hop atleast thats for sure.

I just put on a TRZ poly dogbone mount last weekend and I love it. Mine isn't the delrin, but like stewrat said I found the vibrations to be much less noticeable than people were saying. There are more vibrations, but they are liveable. Nobody that has rode in my car has even noticed the mount from vibrations. They only notice it when I floor it and actually move instead of hopping all over the place. I have driven it pretty hard with the new mount, not from a stop yet, and I have experienced NO wheelhop. Best mod for the money that I have ever done on any car.

i put in my delrin over the weekend as well. it's definitely one of the best mods out there and i regret not doing it sooner. literally took me about 5 minutes to install. couldn't be happier with it.
