I have a 2003 Mazda6i that wants to hesitate when cold. It even has caused the engine light to come on and dealer said "misfire" was the call. They couldn't find the problem. They reset the malfunction light and sent it back with a $230.00 bill. It did the exact same thing the next cold day. It hesititates for just a few seconds and then it is fine. Normal power after that. I tried it today (cold). I simply let it idle and revved it up a little until it hesitated. It soon cleared up and couldn't get it to do it again while running. I came back an hour later. This time the hesitation was more like 6 seconds long and then went away. What's the deal? The only cue the dealer saw was a "cam sensor light" but that was just been replaced. Help!
