Ok, call me dumb, but how do I get this forum to stop e-mailing my account any time someone posts in a thread I've posted in??? I've treid everything. This thread will diasappear once I figure it out. Thanks for any help.

Turn off auto subscribing to threads in your user CP

actually its under "edit profile" in your "user cp" as "Use 'Email Notification' by default?"
