Mazda 6 Alarm Issues

I'm having a nightmare with my mazda 6 car alarm.Every time I lift the trunk(boot)the horn beeps once also when I lift the hood (bonnet).On top of this the alarm goes off randomly over periods of time.I have had the car at the main dealers who have scanned it and they found nothing.
I have ended up removing the alarm siren from inside the boot but amazingly it has still gone off in the night.....not good.
Can you help ?

Anyone know how to total disable the alarm properly or any ideas on the fault and could it be the theft deterrent module? speaking of which were is this precisely situated please?

I've got the same problem with mine. Anyone got a photo of where the theft deterrent module is? Service manual says behind the centre console but so far I can't find it.
