I have a 2017 Mazda 6 that has been possessed. It starts autodialing numbers in the contact list for any bluetooth-connected phone and then if bluetooth is off it startes flipping between radio favourites. It's on 70.00.367 here in Canada. Anyone heard of anything like this? Can anyone provide directions on how to try resetting the system?

Thanks to @ASH8 for providing the update via private message. Update successfully installed today. Now need to find some tips on how to remove the trim in a 2019 UK 6 Tourer to install the hardware!
