Time: Evening
Parking: It may be crowded on the weekend so we suggest you arrive early and park on the roof. Parking and entrance into the casino are free.
Hotel: Rooms are available for reservation online avg price $299

There are plenty of other hotels in that area that are much cheaper. Please search under Brandon Florida for a safe and clean hotel near the casino. If you have any questions, feel free and email me for assistance. Here is a site that has a lot of options: http://www.orbitz.com/App/ViewHotelSearchR...true&z=ae81&r=2

We decided to change the evening festivities to the Hardrock since there are so many out of town people coming. Unless you are a local and have been around for a while, Ybor City could potentially not be a safe place to park your car. Hardrock is such a large venue that we would have to drop some major money to get a room to ourselves or a VIP section in the club. I just cant afford that for this event, but maybe we can make this a larger event next year and plan a bit more. We should have a blast none the less. I checked it out the other night and the place is spectacular..

Most of us will either check into hotel rooms after the meet or go home and relax before heading out to HardRock in the evening. We can plan on meeting in the front lobby around 9ish and go from there.

Not sure if every one realizes that the casino is free but there is a $15.00 cover for the guys to get into the club. Ladies get in free till 12:00 any ways! There is also a dress code, no T-shirts, tennis shoes or hats.

It is not much but I talked to the promoter (Johnny Peace) and he sent me passes to go to the V.I.P. line to avoid the long line as well as $5.00 off cover for the guys! Like I said it isn't much but better than nothing.

I am still waiting to hear from Chris Craze (the D.J.) to see if he might add us to his list!
Here is the flyer for that night as well as the V.I.P. pass for line priveleges and $5.00 off!
All you have to do is print this out. I will try to bring some to the meet!

Well s***. I came down with some stomach flu / ebola / food poisoning crap hell today, and have been feeling downright shitty. I really do not think I will make it tomorrow, as I can barely friggin move.

Rickie, I am sorry I cannot recon with ya for the july meet. I was so looking forward to this meet! I cannot wait to see pics.

This is Jimmy's car from Fuji racing. he use to work at classic mazda before he left to start his own company.

specializes in individual throttle bodies for hondas and mazdas. He also autox alot. companies doing real good. tested, designed and tuned in Japan....where he grew up

I was parked with the RX8s. My friend drives the Silver RX8 with the Mazdaspeed bodykit and crazy D1 stickers. And my other buddy came with in the Jade RX7 (Widebody RX7) and the silver 99 conversion RX7.

Hes currently building his new FD after wrecking his on wet road. It had 400+ hp last time. and his new setup is wicked.

So, is there any more pictures? 100+ cars, and a handful of pics. Man, sucks I missed the meet, but I am surprised there was not a lot of pics by now.

I am holding out on a few. I only took pics of tastefully done cars, unlike that one ruined yellow RX-8. Why did he do it? Oh the humanity!
