Ther are some good packages available and some folks will order exactly what you want even if it is not advertised. I am sure if dig around, some vendors are mentioned due to their positive results. A fellow here really hooked me up nice, exactly what I wanted, helped me with the offset math,and price was to my liking. Should arrive within ten days or so. I hope to have a favorable post up with my heartfelt opinion. Packaged is a good way to go. good luck.
