Lets see your knives (56K = no)

I recently received some battleaxe thing from one of my friends. I have no idea what to do with it. It has a wall mount thing but I kind of don't want the medieval look in my house.

forgot about this one, not a knife but its sharp and pointy :)

Just look at my title :D...
Benchmade 550OD, Becker BK11 w/ Strider wrapped handle, Benchmade 806D2, Buck-Strider Lg. Spearpoint, Becker BK7, Spyderco Endura PE, Spyderco Bill Moran Drop point, Benchmade 722SBT, Leatherman Wave, Victorninox Tinker, Case 6.5 Bonestag trapper, Spyderco Native S30V, Victorinox Soldier, CRKT Ryan Plan B w/ polished blade, unknown stockman, Camp Companion (self made from L6 w/ walnut handles), Camp knife (self made from 5160, 7" blade), Every day carry knife (self made from a file w/ walnut bolsters and maple scales), and my only forged knife (hand forged carbon steel w/ Strider wrapped handle). Forgot my SOG Flash I, that's most of my knives BTW :D I recommend any of you guys that are interested in knives or multi-tools to go over to bladeforums.com, good group over there and a lot of advice and reviews.

I will have to check out that web site. Recently I have been buying from Emergancy Options, and Island Security Store. Good prices and customer service. It's funny, of all the knives that I have bought and given over the years my favorite carry knife is a 10 yr. old fully serrated 4" Cold Steel Tanto with the plactic molded clip. The shape of the butt catches your fingers perfectly to pull out of a pocket or a waste band. Very light with a big deadly blade. I used it when I used to run stuck in my shorts. Still hasn't rusted. My newest is a Sog Ex-ray. I am very impressed with their quality.

When I bicycle I carry my 5" serrated voyager in my bike jersey. It is 1" to long to be legal but I will take my chances on that.

Try out Benchmade or Spyderco knives, great work and reliability there. If you like tanto points look at the Benchmade Stryker, it's discontinued and can be found for under $100 or for a smaller blade the 722. I'm not a big fan of AUS8 steel, 154cm/ATS34 and S30V is some great stuff and so is D2 tool steel. As far as buying knives, Newgraham.com is excellent and has really good prices, 1sks.com is also a great place to do business with and is the store front of Bladeforums.com which is currently down :( .
A SOG that has recently caught my eye is the Trident folder, wow!

I have a Buck Rush, assisted opening.. haha.. technical term for press a button and it flips out

And I also have a Valdris blade by Kit Rae.. about 2 feet long..
