Launching!

Im having trouble launching my car. Im launching right under or around 2000 rpm'z, and i can't keep my f'n tired locked on the ground, they keep bouncing like a spring. Its really frustrating me. It might be somthing minor , i dont know. Its my first manual car and I am learning everything I can about it. Im not stick retarted, I can drive, but I just cant seem to launch right. Any suggestions?

1) don't dump clutch, you should be able to launch over 3k without terrible wheel hop
2) get stiffer motor mounts

i launch my car at about 1200-1500 rpms if your wheel hop is bad try adjusting your air pressure

You should be able to launch around 2000 to 2500 rpm with no problem. worn tires?
