.....Nevermind: I just spoke with K&N, and they said they have nothing yet for the '03s. Even though, this 'Typhoon System' in the attachment looks like it might hook right up - apparently not.

Here is however, what appears to be a good source for the K&N RU-3580 Cone Filter that some are putting on their MSPs.
