Just Installed my Weapon R ETD

Install : Install was a pain in the ass. The 2 engine mount nuts are hard as **** to get off. I stripped one of them in the process. So then I'm like s***, well looks like I'll have to get someone else to get that off for me. So I go to put the damn strut bolts back in so I can leave, and one of the snaps in half !!!
I ended up taking it to Midas since they were cool with me before, and yeah it cost me 50 bucks. The mechanic charged me privately since through the store I would get *****. He installed the mount for me as well, but ended up having to go from under and putting the bolt upwards and throwing a nut on it. The OEM bolts are complete horseshit. I kid you not 2 days ago my GD BOV bolt (you know the 2) snapped in half.

Now for the good part.
I don't have my TRZ tranny mount installed yet, I wanted to do this one first to see if it even did anything. It does. With the windows up I can hear gear whine. The engine doesn't rock nearly as much and shifts are alot smoother. You know how from 2nd to 3rd how the car jerks after the shift when you go to hit the throttle. It doesn't do that anymore which I like the most. Overall it is a good product, and looks nice. I didn't know where to put that power steering line or w/e it is so it's kinda just chillin.

one thing i dont like about it its often getting stuck causing knock sensor to read false.....

Thanks for the review. I've been waiting for mine from PG since I placed my order in December and can't wait to get this on along with my CPE MM. I've been wondering myself if I would feel much difference with the ETD since I plan on doing the MM at the same time.

I read in your sig you also have a pretty stiff rear MM so maybe you won't notice much diff with the ETD but any increased engine vibrations or noise into the cabin?

And did you get the revised version of the ETD that doesn't leave a hose or line sitting on top of the oil cap?

I don't think I got the revised version, the hose is kind of free floating, but it doesn't move enough to cause problems. I didn't notice any increased vibes at all.. The only in cabin noise is the gear whine from the engine not being able to move.. And you can only hear that with no music and the windows up.
