Just installed a PG Trubo Manifold.... weird noise?!?!

So I just finished installing the PG Exhaust manifold and now have a strange noise coming from the engine.... It sounds like something rattling. I`ve checked everything and everything is tight heat shields and all. Anyone else with a strange noise?!?! I`ll write an indepth review once I work these bugs out. Again any help would be appriciated!

Ken if you read this please chime in... maybe I can stop by for you to listen to it. Thanks!

maybe u didnt tighten the bolts to the head enough?

i had this problem with my p5 and it turned out tht the bolts were just loose on the exhaust manifold

The noise is more like a very pronounced metalic ping or clap and only happens under load.... is that what yours sound like?

really make sure u tighten those bolts.. i had some minor noise's after i put mine in and i thought i had tightened them all the way but i didnt..what i used to make sure the nuts were tight was a E-20 Inverted Torx Wrench. i dont know the specs there supposed to be Tourqued too but maybe Ken can chime in on that..

the wrench is expensive but i recently bought a huge tool set from them and it came with the set

The bugs are out.... Steve, Ken buddy took care of it. It ended up being several loose nuts.... exhaust leak. Full review and how to coming soon.

i wont have a before but i will have an after next month, but i do have other mods as well so i dunno what exactly ur looking for.. on ken's site i beleive the dyno he posted was on a stock car with just the mani.

Should that gain be more or less then a stock one if modded?

The gains should be proportinal with the mods you add... That's the best way I can explain it.
