Installed New Plugs... found possible issue

So, installed new plugs today, and when I pulled the tube from the rear right of the intercooler, there was a ring of black oily looking deposits on the end of the tube.

Im not sure what that tube runs to exactly, and Im not too mechanically inclined, but the thought of oil anywhere other than where I KNOW it should be has me a little concerned.

Should I panic?

I have the same thing, take the turbo inlet pipe off and look at that. I am not that worried at the present time but I am also looking to get rid of the K04 POS.

The tube you are talking about in the compressor outlet to the IC.

Might just be excessive introduction of oil into the intake system from a defective PCV valve. It would be a cheap fix just to replace the PCV valve before jumping to conclusions about the K04.
