I want my BOV!

Has anybody heard from Juan from HiBoost lately? I can't get a hold of him on his cell and he's not returning my e-mails....

I've been waiting for him to get my BOV cleared from customs cause they forgot to include a customs invoice. Its been there for over a week, plus the part was shipped late. I was to have my part for my install on May 1st and I was told it was shipped the week before.... when I finally got the tracking number from Juan on the 3rd it showed that it was shipped the monday after my install! Then, cause they forgot to include the proper customs papers its been held at customs since the 4th!

I've called and e-mailed Juan many times, and each time his response is that its not his fault, but he would look into it. All I want is for someone to send the damn invoice to FedEx!!! I don't care who's fault it is.... HiBoost has the invoice, I don't! I would resolve it if I had it..... The bigger kick in the ass is that when I called FedEx today they said no one has contacted them about the part! I was shocked, over five days and HiBoost hasn't contacted them!

I was to enter my car in Sports Compact Night this Sat, but I've had to drop out cause my car wont be ready due to this BOV bulls***.

I'm just sick and tired of waiting for some simple paper work to be faxed to FedEx... how hard is that? I should have had my BOV over a week ago, infact, if they shipped it when they said they would I should have had it before the first of May!

Just pissed off, should have gone with MAM.... done my rant

I did get back to you. WE DID INCLUDE THE INVOICE. I don't know what happened there. We did fax another copy to FedEx since last week. Why wouldn't I include the invoice or better if we forgot, which we did not, why wouldn't I fax it to fedex?

To inform everyone, we shipped the kit with all parts to him, then he decided to change the BOV, he did send it back and we sent the new one to him and now it is stuck in Customs for some dumb paperwork.
