I thought our cars had Limited Slip DIffs installed factory.
Then why in the hell can I spin one tire (while on jackstands) and the other just sets there???
Shouldn't they be "locked" together with the plates and clutches in the LSD?
Normally with the limited slips that I've seen, if you spin one tire by hand, the other goes the same direction.
I have been noticing that my car "spins" very easily, and was thinking that it acted like a one wheel peel.
What's going on here? I just bought the car, it has 73K miles on it. Is it possible a dealer put an open diff in this car at one time?
