i-Stop issues after battery replacement

My old original battery was dead (SOH was at 25%), but the i-stop system was still working with it. Got it changed at the dealership with a new one, but not original. Instead it is a Yuasa brand new battery with similar current specs. I did all the reinitialization procedures found on the internet, however the i-stop system never worked since the replacement. I've drove around 1-1.5K kms since then and no sign of it working. I've got no amber light on the dashboard, seems that the system is working but actually isn't. The guys at the dealership did test the alternator and the battery. Everything was fine. Any thoughts? Thanks!
The car is the european Mazda3 BL with 2 batteries.
