I Need A New Cat/exhaust?

i need some help, i have a 03 msp with a ractive 3" system on it. it won't pass smog because it dosn't have a cat, it's a solid pipe all the way back,
i need to find a system with a cat that that will pass CA obd2 crap. i dont have any flanges welded on where the cat should be, so i dont know if i need to buy flanges or i can just get a weld in cat. i was told that i have to use a stock cat and it will cost me $1097. can i use a universal? has anyone dealt with this before? any info would help. thanks, chris

I have the complete Mazda upgraded stock exhaust system with cat. I don't use that anymore. Is this what you're looking for?

i think that would work perfect, how many miles are on the cat? are you willing to ship it to CA? pm me and let me know what you want for it.
