We just purchased a 2011 CX9. I am trying to setup the Bluetooth for my wife. But the system language is set to Spanish and is passcode locked. How do I reset passcode to begin?

Hello, welcome to Mazdas 24/7. Not sure which makes the owner a clown; speaking Spanish, or setting passcode but this Mazda's 24/7 link should solve your issue (I typed reset Bluetooth on cx-9 in google, first hit). There is also a CX-9 forum here that you may find more useful than the CX-5 section.
