How-To Install Mechanical Boost Gauge?

Might be a simple, stupid question for some on here, but i've never done it before.
So:

How do I install a Mechanical Boost Gauge on a MSP?

I'd like to know:

1) where is the best place to mount a single gauge (i'm thinking of going on the dash)

2) How do i locate the vacuum hose off the engine/turbo

3) How do I locate the dimmer switch wire to provide lighting to the gauge

4) How do I get access to all this stuff to mount it? (ie. How do I get underneath the dash to run hose/wires/mounting screws)

Pictures and detailed explanations would be great. Sorry if this has already been posted elsewhere, but I've searched unsuccessfully.
