You're not talking about the thread that asks for "high mileage" CX-5's to report in, are you? Because I would call that a distinctly different thread.

  SCBS system malfunction, system "reset" by dealer, no further issues.

• Comments This is also a 3yr lease. Pending the next iteration of the line, I may buy this for my wife after the lease is up. This has been a solid car so far.

Comments - Dealer keeps bugging me to bring it in for an oil change - what the hell for? It's so friggin' easy to crawl underneath and do it myself with MY choice of oil - Mazda Moly. So far this vehicle has met my expectations, and positive reviews have been highly accurate. (2thumbs)

ETA: Oh, the mirror shakes, hood flops, and the HVAC controls are wonky, but who cares? Cheap SUV. Doesn't affect function or comfort. I'm fine with it.

Comments Hard seats, stiff suspension it seems to be getting better, averaging 29 MPG high was 33 MPG. Love the heated seats as they help my sometimes sore back. Love the headlights. Biggest missing feature is no seat memory function.

• comments this car has been very reliable and trouble-free. Maintenance is minimal, driving pleasure is high and gets great mpg.

Comments : TPMS and TCS malfunctions at 900 miles. Showed up as dash icons and in the infotainment screen. Reset TPMS and both problems went away & never returned.
Love the ride, handling & acceleration. Makes my wifes CR-V seem like a clunker. Hate that you can't get Sirius/XM in the Touring although the radio shows a greyed out Sirius/XM title. Hate the lengthy bootup time for the radio/infotainment screen. Hopefully Mazda will address with a firmware update.

• Year: 2016 CX-5 GT AWD w/Tech Pkg. (Assembled in Jan. 2015 and purchased on 3/12/2015)
• Miles: 5,580 miles
• Issues till Date:
  1. Loose auto-dimming rearview mirror with HomeLink.
  2. Engine oil flexible maintenance is having "Oil change due" message displayed intermittently even though the oil life is 100%.
  3. Used ~⅓ quarts of oil at 5,073 miles for the first oil change with Mazda moly oil.
  4. Very old infotainment OS version 51.00.350.
• Maintenance: Self unless it's something under warranty.
• Comments:
  1. Although Mazda claimed 2016 CX-5 has an updated AWD system to improve real-world gas mileage, but we could never get EPA highway estimate at 30 mpg. 28+ mpg is the best we had ever recorded for highway driving.
  2. Wish to have all of these features found on the Mazda6: memory seat、two front tweeters for directional high notes on Bose system、rear AC vents、one-touch up-down power windows all around、inside push-button trunk/liftgate release、paddle shifter、low-profile rear seat headrests、covered footrest...
  3. Wish to have all of these features which are available on non-US markets: Mazda i-ActivSense Adaptive LED Headlamps (ALH)、i-stop System、power folding outside rearview mirrors...
