Hello, I just got my mazda 3 and the engine is pretty damn dusty. Its not really much grime/grease cause its a 2008, but I really wanna give it a good shine! I have done some research and have found alot of different opinions. Alot of people say use degreaser, but then ppl say don't use degreaser because it can eat the rubber hoses etc, also the other conflict was electronics. Do you need to cover anything up specifically? I.E Alternator, distributor etc. Thanks for the tips ahead of time! Hopefully we can clear this up!
