How do I find the ESN for my OEM Sirius system?

I called customer service and the sequence of buttons they gave me (tune to 184, hit the disp button) does not work. Any other ideas?

My manual says to hold the ESN button for more than 1.5 seconds. (I think the radio has to be on) The manual goes on to say that the SR + bank number will be displayed along with the first eight digits of your ESN. Then turn the text knob clockwise to display the last four digits. Then if you turn the text knob again the first eight digits will show. To clear the message you have to turn everything off and then after turning back on press one of the FM/AM, CD, SAT,Media, etc buttons., insert or play a CD or press the play pause button. My code was pasted in the last page of my Satellite Radio Kit manual.

I actually ended up calling Mazda and they had it.
