HID Flicker

hey guys,
I purchased a 35W H4 8000K HID kit for my MP3 today. I removed the old bulbs, installed the HIDs and wired them up. They work perfect when the lights are turned on, however, when you turn them off to daytime running light mode, they flicker, giving a strobe light effect. They stay like this unless you remove the key from the ignition, or pull the E Brake.

Any suggestions?

I didn't know we had daytime runing lights...
But there's 2 ways you could fix it 1. Always pull the ebrake up one click it won't engage don't worry and 2. Ddm has a kit to fix this

Btw if they flicker like a strobe light have you tried pulling some one over?
