My car seems to really not like 5 psi when building boost, it will build just fine untill about 3500 rpm (5psi usually is where it hangs up) if you mash gas while cruising, and the boost gauge will bounce up and down rapidly around the 5psi mark. at that point it builds through the revs really slow untill finally it hits 7 psi where it takes off again and feels normal. Can someone explain this to me? I have ordered new NGK plugs and wires which should be here this week but in all honesty im stabbing in the dark at this. the whole car is really jerking around and slow during this process, idk if it is misfiring or not. I have cleaned the MAF also. Going to Autozone to get my code scanned in the morning. I do not have a wide band.(yet) Appreciate any advice.
Edit: And my WGA is brand new.
Edit 2: I have 22 inHg vac, and ive been hearing turkey despite the fact that I run dual valves. Could it be a bad factory BPV? I have always had turkey though, so this isnt something that just developed, but I figured adding the BOV would cure it. It made it better, and I don't always hear turkey but a good amount of the time I do.
