Help!! Sub Woofer not Working

Help, just purchased 01 mp3 with stock kenwood radio and sub woofer. The sub doesn't work. It does have power but seems no input (music) coming from leads. Could it be a setting in the radio? Is there any other ways to hook it up? (connecting to rear speakers)

Is there an Amp in the stock system? Any help would be great.

There is a setting in the head unit that turns on and off the subwoofer output so it could just be that.
Cheack the radios owners manaul. You can ususally download it from kenwood.com
