HELP!!! My first stone chip!!!

It was a nice day yesterday so I decided what is better to do than washing my protege5. As I was washing the hood I found 3 stone chips near the edge of the hood. RIGHT DOWN TO THE METAL!!!!!:'(

Would some factory touch up paint fill in the hole? or do I need to put something else on first...like primer?

ya, touch up will work for now. i had my hood redone last week. i had way to many chips to keep up with. looks new for now!
