Howdy from Houston,
It's pretty wet here and i've been chasing a trunk leak for years. i have a weathertech mat in the back so it's not a huge deal but still annoying.
I siliconed the exterior of all the tail lights and the elevated brake light - still leaks.
The water seems to appear on the meshed surface of interior access panels covering the tail lights (see image) . I'm beginning to think that my aftermarket roof rack is the culprit. is there a drain for the roof rack that could be blocked somewhere?
