Help, how do you get the brake rotors off!?

i looked in the BF online manual and did a search. 88 mazda 323 wagon

how do you get the brake rotors off? it's the strangest design i've ever seen. the entire front suspension design is so simple, and then they go and make something like the rotor confusing.

maybe i'm missing something simple.
 
Front or rear? Either end you need to deal with the bearings. If I remember correctly the lr is lh thread.
 
Our cars have Outside Hubs, which yes, is very stupid, I hate them with a passion.
But you have to remove the hub from the spindle which requires replacing the bearings afterwords, which for these 20 year old cars is a good thing. The rotor should be retained by the lugs at that point. Hope this helps. :)
