help: cels and hesitating

searched a bunch, came up with nothing. Any help would be awesome.
stock 07 ms3, threw P0096 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor 2 Performance, P0069 Manifold Absolute Pressure - Barometric Pressure Correlation; also when in 5th/6th gear and at a certain point on the throttle, the engine hesitates and rpm dip. point a newb in the right direction?
