Hi there, I recently got a 2003 P5 for my girlfriend. Heres a couple pics of it:

Anyways I own a 7th Gen Celica and spent way too much money on it so this is our new toy.
I just need some basic advice on where to start modding it from. I know I want to get rid of the stock grill and change to the mesh one. I've seen a few around and they look great. Where are the good sites for parts and where to start? Thanks
 
nice looking car! you've come to the right place do a search for the mods you think you'd like to do and you'll get lots of info...often the intake and exhaust are the first to go...the stock grille isn't that bad, but many (myself included) like something different. good luck!

Thanks. I'm gonna start with some racing beat stuff. Then the black heads/tails I think. Amber fog kit etc..

Going for appearance and functionality with this one, from what I've heard the performance isn't gonna improve much

Welcome to the boards. You took some really nice photos. That's pretty cool that you bought the car for your girlfriend. I have had great luck with onlinemazdaparts.com They have taken care of me on more than one occation.

Welcome Nice P5 Nice To See A Midnight Blue, I Wish My Paint Looked Like That. The Yellow Fog Mod Is Nice I Did It And I Love It. One Tip That I Did Is If Ur Tinting The Stock Fogs Like I Did Theres A Small Reflector Over The Top Of The Bulb. Pop Out The Bulb And Push It Up As Far As Itll Go And Ull Get A Lot More Light Out Of Ur Fogs. And Performance Mods Wont Be A Total Waste Of Time I Have And Obx Header Greddy Catback And Injen Cold Air Intake. Its Fun To Snap The Throttle And Feel That Pull Into The Seat. The Car Becomes Alot More Fun Than Stock. Also Another Lil Trick When U Got An Exhaust And Intake Mod, Instead Spending Lots Of Money On Fuel Management If Ur Low On Cash Like Me Pop Ur Hood And Look At Ur Fuel Rail And To Ur Left At The End Is Ur Fuel Pressure Regulator. Take The Vacumn Hose Off And Plug It Up With A Bolt, Then Take Some Spare Hose And Pop Over The Open End Of The Regulator And Plug That Up Wit A Bolt And There You Go Increased Fuel Psi, U Will Notice The Difference, Its Not Huge But Its Big Enough To Notice.

OH SORRY BOUT THE COLOR MIX UP CAUZ I DOES KINDA LOOK LIKE ITS MIDNIGHT BLUE BUT NOW THAT I PAYED CLOSE ATTENTION I SEE ITS BLACK. BUT YEA THAT PAINT LOOKS AMAZING, SHINES LIKE A S.O.B. I SPENT 8 HOURS BUFFING MY CAR AND IT ONLY LOOKED HALF AS GOOD. HERES A PIC OF MY P5 BE4 I DID MY MODS STILL HAVE TO GET A CAMERA TO GET UPDATED PICS...
