Has anyone tried the HKS Twin Power on their MS3??

I've read the description of HKS's Twin Power DL II (it sells for about $579.00), but has anyone tried it on their MS3 yet and can you explain the advantages / disadvantages? Is there a noticeable performance improvement? How so? Thanks
