Newbie question, but can someone explain to me about the EGR option? Do I need it? I have basic mods right now...FMIC, Forge BVP, 2.5 custom exhaust, & Boost Gauge.

exhaust gas recirculation = ERG the emission deal on your car. you need this or you will get a check engine light with the stock ecu for the most part.

bro a 626 manifold isnt s*** compared to a 505 hell i didnt feel a difference from my ported stock manifold with vtcs removed when i put a 626 on. I've got a couple friend who have swapped from a ported stock manifold to a 626 and said that they didnt notice a difference either.

I have a massively gutted stock im I spent tons of time on.....hasn't been on the car yet....still cleaning up the outside of it. But I decided to get in on the 505 im so all my labor will be someone else's pleasure. Gonna sell it when I finish it.

ya the 626 is about the same as the ported stocker IMO my results were similar. If you are running the stock ECU it is a pretty decent upgrade if you dont have tools and dont want to spend hours of your time doing hard, loud manual labour. I mean for $100 or less you cant complain considering you are gonna waste quite a bit on proper tools/bits to port a stocker.

But the 505, I mean wow what a good looking and performing manifold. If I had a FSDE still I would want one. It isnt even comparable to a OEM single throttle manifold Ive ever seen.
